At SmartDay Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations for our service.

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Free Trial

SmartDay Pro offers a 7-day free trial for new users to experience our premium features. During this period:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period
  • If you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged
  • If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for your first subscription period

No refund is applicable for the free trial as no payment is processed during this period.

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscriptions (₹49 per month plan):

  • We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or automatic renewal
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the initial charge or renewal
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • After the 3-day period, no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • After the 14-day period, refunds may be issued on a prorated basis at our discretion

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your SmartDay Pro account
  2. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made to your payment method
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods unless within the refund eligibility period specified above

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that severely impact your ability to use our service, which our support team cannot resolve
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Unavailability of service for extended periods due to our system failures

These special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with detailed information if you believe your situation warrants a refund outside our standard policy.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through one of the following methods:

  • Support Form: Available in the Help Center section of our application
  • In-App Chat: Initiate a chat with our support team through the app

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Subscription type (monthly/annual)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant information or screenshots that support your request

8. Refund Processing Time

Upon approval of your refund request:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5 business days
  • The time to receive the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Other payment methods may take longer to process

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions
  • Subscription time that has already been used beyond the refund eligibility period
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third-party resellers
  • Subscription charges after failing to cancel before a renewal date (beyond the refund eligibility period)

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website and application. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically.

The revised policy will apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the change. Purchases made before any changes to our refund policy will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
